Your pk3s login credentials — including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes — are personal to you and must not be shared with any third party. You are fully responsible for all activity conducted through your account. pk3s recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account for enhanced security. Users in Pakistan are advised to use authenticator applications rather than SMS-based 2FA where possible, given the risk of SIM-swap fraud.
Accounts that remain inactive (no login, deposit, or wager activity) for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. pk3s may apply an account maintenance fee to dormant accounts as set out in the current fee schedule published on the platform. Players will receive prior notification before any fee is applied.

All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. pk3s does not accept deposits made on behalf of another person, and any such funds received may be returned and the account reviewed for compliance.
Withdrawal requests may only be submitted once your account has completed the KYC verification process. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit wherever technically possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 1,000 (or equivalent).
pk3s targets the following indicative processing times: JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals within 5–15 minutes of approval; bank transfer withdrawals within 1–3 business hours for verified accounts. These are target times and not guaranteed; delays may occur during high-volume periods, public holidays, or where additional verification is required.
Any funds subject to an active bonus with incomplete wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn until those requirements have been fully satisfied. Attempting to withdraw bonus-locked funds before clearing wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus amount.
The primary operating currency on pk3s is Pakistani Rupee (PKR). USDT TRC20 transactions are converted to PKR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of processing. pk3s is not liable for exchange rate fluctuations between the time a USDT deposit is initiated and when it is credited.
All bets placed on pk3s are subject to the specific product rules applicable to that market — sportsbook rules apply to cricket, football, UFC, and other sports betting markets; casino rules apply to live table games and slots. By placing a bet or initiating a casino game, you confirm that you understand and accept the relevant product rules.
pk3s reserves the right to void any bet where: the market was opened in error; the odds or price offered were materially incorrect; the outcome was determined before the bet was accepted; or there is reasonable evidence of match manipulation or other integrity breach.
PSL, international T20, ODI, and Test match markets are available on pk3s with pre-match and in-play betting. In-play odds update in real time and bets are accepted subject to system availability. pk3s is not liable for system downtime or delays in odds updates during live matches. Settlement of cricket markets follows the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (PCB, ICC, or relevant board). pk3s may suspend or permanently close your account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account after deduction of any outstanding obligations, voidable bonuses, or disputed amounts will be returned to you via your last verified withdrawal method. pk3s will endeavour to process such returns within 10 business days of account closure, subject to completion of any required review.
